Course Policy

Thank you for choosing to learn with Raven Heart Tarot. Please review these policies before enrolling in any course.

Enrollment & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in the course. All courses have limited enrollment to ensure personalized attention and meaningful group interaction.
Once you complete payment through our secure checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing your course welcome packet, Zoom links, and all necessary materials.

Course Format & Attendance

All courses are live group sessions held via Zoom on scheduled dates and times. Sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students for 90 days after the final class, so you won't miss out if you can't attend a session live.

While we understand life happens, attending live sessions is strongly encouraged—the real magic happens in the group energy and discussion.

Technology Requirements

You'll need a stable internet connection, a device with Zoom capabilities (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and an email address to receive course materials. All materials will be provided digitally.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date, minus a $25 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued once the course has begun. This policy protects the intimate, limited-enrollment nature of our courses and ensures commitment from all participants.

If Jocelyn needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.

Missed Sessions

If you miss a live session, the recording will be available in your course portal within 48 hours. It's you responsibility to catch up so that you are ready for the subsequent class, just like school. All recordings expire 90 days after the final course session.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and content are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from Raven Heart Tarot.

Community Guidelines

Our courses are sacred spaces for learning and growth. We ask all students to:

Show up with respect and openness
Honor confidentiality—what's shared in class stays in class
Practice active listening and supportive engagement
Avoid unsolicited advice or interrupting others

Disruptive behavior or violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the course without refund.
